Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative who will play a key role in the customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering their questions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring warm and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Provide information about our residential heating services
- Coordinate service appointments and follow-ups with technicians
- Resolve complaints or minor issues proactively
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in our management system
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (French and English)
- Customer service experience (an asset in the heating or residential services field)
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, CRM software, etc.)
