We have specialized in HVAC for new construction projects and are here to make every step of the way as simple and smooth as possible. At Fernand Denis, we have a dedicated division to install heating systems in new construction projects. When you choose us for your construction project, we provide you with a project manager to ensure the installation of your project is completed on time and on budget. Under direction of the project manager, our team will:
- Obtain all the required permits
- Ensure a high quality installation
- Create ventilation drawings
- Custom fabricate ductwork, resulting in a snugger fit with better performance
- Provide advice on the different options available to you
- Install furnaces, hydronic systems, ventilation systems and air conditioning
- Draw up the necessary heat loss and heat gain report, as required
- Provide ongoing high quality service and maintenance for years to come
- Offer extended warranty plans
