Excellent team! I live in Aylmer on the Quebec side and started my service call with a company on the Gatineau side... 2 frustrating months later I was referred to Fernand Denis and from the first call I noticed a huge difference in service. Immediately returning calls and keeping me informed. In the end it was a full heat pump system replacement, Mathew and Emma came by at the scheduled time, were very professional and knowledgeable answering all of my questions in a friendly manner. Guillaume & Emma installed my gas fireplace in Aug.  They were fantastic!  Their customer service skills were excellent. They patiently and with kindly answered all questions or concerns I may have had.  They respected the areas in the house in which they worked.  Also leaving them very clean!  They displayed a lot of pride about their work.  I am very pleased with everything!

We had Guillaume and Emma take out our old oil furnance, the oil tank, and hot water tank and replace it with a new gas furnance and hot water tank.

Guillaume and Emma worked very hard and took the time the answer any questions we had and explained everything in a way we understood. We both worked from home when they were here and they were respectful of that.

They left the maintenance room cleaner than when they first arrived and took care of getting rid of the old furnance/oil tank and hot water tank. The new furnance and hot water tank passed inspection no problem. We were very pleased with their hard work and how easy the process was.

Our A/C was broken and needed to be replaced completely. We didn’t expect to be able to get it done before our moving day as it was really last minute. Fernand Denis Inc’s team was here the day before our move despite our super short notice inquiry.

The two employees were extremely respectful and took the time to explain to us how everything worked before leaving.
